i dont see a big bottleneck here. GPU is up to 95% usage by heavy load games like RDR2. Okay, the combination R1600 and 3070 is noch a perfect match for esport game but its not that bad.

Unfortunately, this benchmark is no longer relevant to modern gaming as things like DLSS which use Tensor cores are not tested in this environment.

Yes its safe and also will help in keeping the temperatures low. Which in return will help in longevity.

Not by much. Also if CPU is bottlenecking the GPU then you wont even notice the difference.

You may apply those settings, however you will have to do multiple tests so that the system doesnt crash

That is the same as me. The frame rate is high and most of the time higher than 100 but on the bike it seems that it has alot of micro stutters

where is the bottleneck? I have a ryzen 5 1400. I dont know about bottleneck with 3060 or ti. Can you give some information to me for my situation? Should I buy a new cpu? We are a country that have low economy. please help :D

With a Ryzen 5 1400 I am sure that you will see bottleneck at 1080p with 3060 or 3060 Ti, ryzen 3600 and above will be good for rtx 3060 or 3060 Ti.

When testing I actually ran my 1600 at stock settings, OC would give more FPS, not dramatic gains but a lil bit better than running at stock

The 1600 is capable to push out frames more than 60fps at any given resolution, its the matter of GPU, at higher resolution GPU is working hard to push out frames and not CPU, even a first gen ryzen 4 core CPU can do that at 4k

Radeon rinde mas con CPUs viejos como el 1600, Nvidia tiene mucho cuello de botella. Hardware unboxed probo que una 5700 rinde mas que una 3090 con un ryzen 1600.

Dlss ta ae pra isso. tu pega cerca de 120 fps em 4k com dlss em desempenho. sinceramente, tecnologia top. Esse dlss 3.0 também é uma evolução top, porém confusa, prometeu muito mais do que realmente cumpre, porém muito foda ver jogos que rodam a 20 fps em nativo rodar a 200 no dlss 3

My new 3070 barely ever goes over 65c. Is it possible for the gpu to run on full power with such low temperature? Is something bottlenecking the gpu? Im using ryzen 5 5600x as my cpu

Depends on the resolution and the settings that you're playing also case air flow and the room temperature.
