You seem to have picked up most strategies here. It may help you to know villagers like to live near churches and markets and within reach of work. I think beer is a luxury good so only bought by Citizens. And a tax office near each group of houses helps your cashflow too.

in the next series you should play as usa in kaiserreich and try to limit the civil war by electing garner in 1936 election and kill heuy long by completing the focus iron fist and after the war you should rebuild america and join the entente but you should also buff the usa in the game
