@@AJmx2702001 would that be a 7000 series magnum ? and a 210 puma ? i apologise for the questions but i have been considering buying an 828 fendt and just wanting to try and compare its pulling power with a more familiar tractor type thanks for the reply 👍

@@McG373 Small Frame Magnums i refer to models 180-240 using the 6.7 liter engine and the 200 standard puma or the AFS version puma i stayed in the 6 liter engine range. I think the newer Fendt Gen7 cab is on par with the AFS cabs that case has but the Gen 6 was behind the standard Case cabs . My honest opinion is the Iveco engine that Case uses has better bottom end power than the Deutz that Fendt had

@@AJmx2702001 oh ok , thanks for the performance info , saves me having to try stuff out ! i believe that the 6.7 is a fiat engine , the older 7.5 l were iveco/ford which was also a performer , the fendt might be disappointing to someone that is used to more old fashioned power then ! Thank you for the feedback 👍

I have a 350 Diesel. Got a straight pipe on mine. My injection pump has been rebuilt and had trouble with it leaking oil. Turned out the oil leak was the O ring on the backlash adjustment gear was bad. Replaced that O ring and oil leak dried up.

Howard Power Arm were back in the 60s made in Harvard IL by Howard Rotovator. Most i have seen were on ford tractors like 515 0r 4000 tractors. I would say its not super rare but it is something to keep since most are not worth much maybe 1000$ the howard name still lives on rotovators and tillers

changing the length of rods with respect to the stroke of the crank. Rod ratios come into play with cubic inch limits and also sometimes benefit ring life. plus figure a 130mm turbo makes it lope . and a 16mm sigma fuel pump with 17mm plungers. fuel and air have to work hand in hand

well i have a dead short issue in my Case Tier 4 Magnum tractor with 1600 hours on it. And Dealer has no answer or way to find the short since its under the cab.. All they could offer is a complete tear down of the tractor and most likely costs of 50,000 or more with labor and parts . And no Guarantee of fixing since its something they have never seen .. And lack of any Dialogue with the sales dept to come up with a backup tractor for rent or lease . So i am exploring the options for another option ... Over 100 years of Red IH maybe coming to an end

@@Pennies_on_the_dollar Yes and as for the Versatile tractor they are a decent machine just not a lot of them around. They Use a Cummins engine and trans is a Deere designed but made By univance. Very few stand alone dealers most are Agco or New Holland dealers since Versatile took the fwa and 4 wheeler line from New Holland when CNH was created . They are a No frills tractor only things i dont like about them so far is lack of cab suspension and cab noise was a bit more than Case or Deere. But they have the biggest cab in the industry and service access is much better than most of the others . Very simple and straight forward they have site gauges lines on fuel and hydraulics . Only thing i would have to add is my own GPS autosteer. The Genuine Cummins service is what i like . Gives me the extra option since i have about 6 cummins shops within 40 miles of me
