Thank you very clear, just a notice as you twice had a tongue mistake by saying brachioradialis instead of brachialis at the end of the video.

Very informative for me, I recognized the mal rotation post IMN in my femur after a high energy comminuted fracture to my femur, and type V Shatzker Tibia Plateau fracture. This helped me understand the complications of even identifying the mal rotation and length differences post reduction/fixation surgeries. I didn't know to mention how I felt about the rotation of my leg, and I wasn't asked by the surgeon both post op, or in the follow up 2 weeks later. it wasn't till a 6 months later that I understood the malrotation following a CT scan that I requested to be sent to me to review on my time on my computer, and only then did the PT also realize that all the exercises to try to improve my gait and position of my foot while walking would have no effect. I am going in to surgery tomorrow to have the mal rotation fixed with a femural osteotomy. This is now almost 5 years post injury. Once this heals there is another surgery to come to deal with a partial non-union of a part of my tibia plateau that is behind the patellar tendon attachment to my tibia, this is the most significant source of pain, and limitation for me to walk. running, cycling, and even load bearing in a flexed position is not even possible. The pain causes me to collapse under my own weight, and has caused me to fall badly several times, sending me to the ER a few times with serious injuries. It would be nice to be able to walk again without a cane, limp, and pain, but that might be wishful thinking

I Pray and Pray for help one day... I have medical insurance. I will agree to a surgery. A surgery for the purpose of teaching serious, caring and intelligent Surgeons for Blessings among: The Surgeon, The Orthopedic Profession and the Medical Institution. I'll provide organized medical records, x-rays and follow up care reports. 1996 - present I tried my best, but only got worse. Can I please reach out to you? Thank You.

How long will it take my sacrum to heal I broke the right side of it in a bad car accident? Also wearing a fixator said my pelvis got knocked out of place they told me 8 weeks I have to wear this .. maybe 6
@1024det11 ай бұрын
I had two surgeries on my tibia. Skiing accident, with a slight radial twist fracture. I discovered I had a union after I was told it was healed. While on the treadmill the plate eventually got weak and broke. Fast forward had my second surgery this time I went to HSS. There was a c reactive protein in my blood work, I brought up as a metabolic issues, but they went ahead and did a bone graph and two fixations. Fast forward 18 months later. I started to feel pain in my leg again like I had before with the non union. I cannot go back to HSS because I changed insurance, and hospitals wont take me as a new patient since we have the immigrant crisis here. Im stuck at home trying to figure out why my tibia is not healing. I eat healthy, wild caught salmon and dark leafy greens every day. I take vit D. I do not take calcium as I have kidney stones.

if your a young person with a broken hip don't allow these idiots to do a valgus osteotomy they will make it worse 100 percent they did it to me and someone else i know these guys don't know what they're talking about the more they move your bones out of place the worse it will be
@nonpe8216 Жыл бұрын
its funny how this guy says don't be transparent with their patients, saying to hide the x-rays. loss of flexion is a garenteed with this osteotomy and the DR will not disclose this info to you
