Hello mate 🕺 how's it going? I remember back then you played a a wonderful piece the Joel Martinson Aria on a chaconne. I really want to play it but I can't pay for it right now because of my tight budget. If you would be so kind and send the PDF to my mail it'd be much appreciated 🌚 [email protected] thx 🤝

I'm surprised by the sound quality of this synthetic harpsichord. Very nice ! As for the musical choice and the interpretation : L' Aimable is an absolute gem of French baroque composition and your playing is quite convincing - this is not an easy piece to play. Great examples of interpretation on the harpsichord can be heard with Jean Rondeau and Marco Mencoboni.

Sounds nice and the right tempo - nicely relaxed without rushing. Imagine how it would sound on a real harpsichord in a large hall or church!

Thank you for such beautiful music played so perfectly. Sounds wonderful. Helps make these times at home worrying about Covid a lot more bearable. Music always does help to soothe and cheer and give hope. You have a magnificent home. Far from messy it is like visiting a wonderful museum. Thank you so much for sharing this.

I love the Harpsichord and the sound here from Hauptwerk is amazing. A lot of depth and richness. Of course it helps to have a master playing! Thanks!

Very beautiful song, and also well played. By the way, what organ is this. Did you adapt a console to run hauptwerk?
@waihoong114 жыл бұрын
Thanks. It's a custom-built organ running hauptwerk. An Ultra-small form factor PC is housed in the enclosure.

Nice sound, who is your console maker? I looking for minimal 3 manual hauptwerk console.
@waihoong114 жыл бұрын
It's a custom-built console. I provided a sketch of the Desk and the console top and got someone to fabricate the furniture. It's intended to be modular and mobile. So it's a 4-piece furniture. The bench was self-built. Pedalboard was a RACO salavaged from my old Johannus Opus 5. I attached magnets and reed switches kit to it, and fabricated a housing behind it so the pedalboard is an independant unit with a 5Vdc in and MIDI out. The pedalboard just slides under the desk.

beautiful. what intonation you using?
@waihoong114 жыл бұрын
Hey thanks. I was using the Caen Cavaille-Coll sampleset. Trying to retain the French Symphonic sound which is synonymous to Faure's time.
