It's been confirmed, I think, by Coleman that the fight was fixed, however, moving purposely into guard doesn't necessarily prove anything, I've seen it in the UFC as well :)

the last year in pride i think most fights were fixed or the last 2 years in pride but i dont know pride was still awesome

in an interview recently rampage said, steroid use was encouraged, fixing fights happened, and they encouraged you to not tap instead of tapping for extra money
