Exactly just because I can win doesn’t mean I’ll be happier if I do. What can be testing is when I’m either asked a question or someone asks for something I know the answer too. So I respond and I have to be in a place to leave the message in a voicemail sort of means. It’ll resonate when someone revisits it that they identify with more. Yep none of the extra mess is worth your stress.

As for the sugar, it’s a struggle 😂 However that is something I am minimizing with the help of The Lord as it has a negative effect with vision. It’s not everyday. In therapy, I learned to identify those voices and realized alot of those voices started with family. I also learned alot of my anxiety stemmed from my negative self talk internally. I'm being more intentional about being more kind to me and stopping the negative self chatter as soon as it starts. it has no place here. period!

Until we admit that any and all forms of locs have become a RELIGION, we will never be free to speak openly about ALL FACTS involved with ALL KINDS of locs. Nobody is ALLOWED to question a RELIGION OPENLY. It's a major conflict of interest for anyone who installs locs to speak on the harmful or negative effects on the hair follicles or natural hair OVER TIME. AGAIN, A CONFLICT OF INTEREST for anyone who earns a living installing or retwisting them. So what's up with all the guarded speech about this HAIRSTYLE ? 🤔
