Lead guitar is Micky Hopkins (original member and lead vocalist/rhythm guitar is Geoff Bate (from Against All Odds LP - Quarts studio album release 1983). Sadly both Taffy Taylor RIP September 2016) and Geoff Nicholls (RIP January 2017) are no longer with use. New studio album out very soon and next gig Saturday 30th November 2024 at the Queen's Hall in Nuneaton if you can make it ..!!??

I love this performance, I cant recall ever watching it before. First time I think I've seen Geoff singing some lead vocals and Taffy doing his best to get the crowd going.

Geoff (RIP) had a great voice and not too shabby on the guitar either ....We all know about and appreciate his song writing talent ... YOUR MUSIC LIVES ON !!!!

I bought the album mainly because Tony Iommi produced it. I thought it was okay I also bought the the Widowmaker album which I preferred.

Hi Thomas sadly Geoff only come up with this gem in the last months of his illness. There are several songs and ideas part completed that QUARTZ have taken and finished off on Geoff's behalf for him to be released on a forth coming studio album ... stay tuned

I have a lot respect to jeoff nicholls (R.I.P), he was a great musician inside black sabbath and outside as a session member and in his own band quartz, here for example he's on lead vocals, his vocals really suit the song, the song is very good as a whole, thanks for sharing

I had the privilege of knowing Geoff in his last couple of years, working on their Fear No Evil album. You just couldn't meet a nicer, more mellow, more effortlessly talented bloke. Absolute legend!
