Depending on location it is usually pretty close to about 1800 to 2500. The further north it gets truckers get more toll roads which can effect pricing. This truck came with every option available from the factory aside from being a badged launch edition model. So I am not sure what may be missing if you say it is not fully loaded. Feel free to let me know. Unfortunately it does not have red interior which would be an amazing color combo on this truck but it doesn't take away from the options that are in the vehicle.

I dont recall a noise in the background and looked through my video again if your talking about the light squeak or whine noise during my walk around that is the supercharger while running but if you heard something else let me know the point in the video and I'll attempt to gather more explanation.

I'm not sure on the exact cost to get it to Costa Rica but one thing I know is that I can get this car to the bottom of Florida for about 2200 and then it would be a matter of finding out the cost to get it from that port to your port which would vary including any kind of import fees. Oceanic logistics has always been great with any over sea transport.
