Omg yes… I had a fairly traumatic childhood and I used fitness and restrictive eating as my outlet. I am still a bit obsessed with my body. If my body is not what I want to look at I am on that shit like right away. I am not as rigid anymore but I will always want to have a fit body. This is so me. So accurate gosh darn it!!! This is a placement that has definitely helped me in life to be fiercely independent. I have always had to be ALONE, no matter how badly i wanted friends, family around me, etc. Spirit would push me into independence. Several times i tried to hide in relationships, but ppl would leave me or become unloyal. As a result, I was forced to learn myself... what I like, love, dislike, hate.
