I don’t see him finding out about his weakness. I see a hostile takeover then the supreme Kai does the ultimate sacrifice and takes frieza with him.

Feels like some pretty bad storytelling unless they really dig deep into why Frieza is so evil. Then they have to explain why Beerus is sort of innocent but evil. It would take quite a lot to make Frieza worth that story.

Make the hybrids relavent again or ignore them completely. Gohan has been shown more than once becoming relavent without too much time. Just have him train part time

I jave a big problem with the reasoning youve used across most of your points. It took them so long to unlock the forms because they pioneered it. No saiyan knew how to become a super saiyan it was a legend. Generationally they learn faster because they have the knowledge of their predecessors. And why goten transformed earlier than gohan when they are part of the same "generation" even though they share both parents.
