Keeping it simple: I have a horizontal Hosanna Revival Planner. My big goal is to write at least one things each day I am thankful for.

Love that you simplified! Seeing the huge planner/notebook stacks stresses me out. 😅 I’m in an Erin Condren A5 Compact Vertical this year and then have a separate journal for journaling.

I've been hearing about morning pages foreverrrrr, but I finally put it on hold at my library after hearing you speak about it in another video. I'm excited to give it a try. I've been getting some FOMO from all the Japanese stationery and planners too, but I think it's just admiration instead of wanting to use them myself, if that makes sense? I've been transitioning to an A5 6-ring planner because I'm in a printable-making phase, so I'm enjoying that. I hope you and Alex get to go to Japan soon! I'm keen on any goal-setting videos, especially for personal life instead of career because it's so easy to find goal-setting information for a business compared to self-development.

I can't believe how good of condition your 2015 planner is in comparison to mine bahaha. Then again, I've moved like...5 times in the last 10 years, so that probably contributed to the deterioration

I love shop/work vlogs! I've been watching your videos for years and love to see how well you and Alex are doing and having a shop like yours is a dream. I honestly didn't realize the shops had a website to shop from. I am looking at it now while watching and I'll be honest, as a customer it's not a website that I find "nice" to shop on. It's not warm feeling where I want to scroll on and on to look at everything. It feels like a forgotten part of the shop. I truly hope that comment didn't come off in a negative way either, I want to know about the website, and I want to shop it. Being from another state its a great way for me and others to support you, however, it isn't a page I will remember and go back to.

Mine started out with lists of things in progress (like projects, learning paths, home improvements etc) and has morphed into a repository for all my varied interests. These include research, thoughts and responses. I have enjoyed you post tremendously. Keep up the progress. 😊

Why not use these sections for photos of the month?

I love to write and rewrite. The first time I write something down, I usually take it in messily. If I reread it down the road and I still derive meaning, I will archive it into a separate journal.

diaries are a persons daily doings while a common place is a collection of other peoples enteries. so thats why its different than a common place book that just includes notes from the owner of the common place book. (maybe you make notes about a quote in your common place book) idk how else to explain it either lol. i do think they're different things though. but honestly a common place book should be a place where you collect info you wanna always know from other people or things or whatever. its almost like its a diary of other peoples diaries lmao. there are 2 kinds of common place books too: ones that include a variety of topics and ones that are only about ONE topic. i think the ones that are about one topic tend to be more diary like than the ones that are a collection of all things.

I would love to see more & go down memory lane with you. Your videos are the first ones that I watched & found the planning community; that inspired me to be more creative in my planner & convinced me to buy an Erin Condren. 😊

Do more of those flipping through your old planner. Memories of watching those plan with me come back and writing letters to you.

No paper feels like Erin Condren. I like the smell of EC and the way the paper feels as I am writing.

It’s really hard for me to switch from Erin Condren, as expensive as it may be. I was actually considering Hobonichi, but shipping is also a problem there. I believe that if you find another brand that works for you, then you should go for it. When it comes to brand loyalty, I think you should be loyal as long as they keep offering what you need. A brand should be loyal to its costumers, too. So if they disappoint you, then you don’t truly have a reason to keep buying from them. Also, the gamble of knowing whether they’ll keep making more is so true. I was dead set on continue buying inserts for my binders. I was so in love with the daily inserts for my binder. However, they discontinued that literally when I was about to renew. Now they only offer inserts for the A5 Ring Agenda. And that’s way too small for me. So yeah, I switched to an 8”x10” Softbound LifePlanner. I’m hoping it’s still available by Thanksgiving. But anywho, I say just follow your gut. If you feel it’s time to move on, you can always start with a new shelf to display the notebooks!
