Greta is a _paid child actress_ from 3 generations of entertainers. al-Gore is AT BEST a bunko artist. His 'carbon credits' are shown to be fake. Nobody is planting acres of trees or 'capturing CO2'. Government carbon taxes _go for their own salaries and pensions!!_ That's CRIMINAL!

Si la crainte est la manipulation des élections américaines, soyez sûr que Microsoft et OpenAI travaillent énormément en ce moment pour anticiper ça. Ils ont déjà prouvé leur efficacité avec la version actuelle et ils savent que cela aura des répercussions sur l'avenir des leur outil. Donc l'urgence aujourd'hui ce de destiner ces modèles aux gens qui ont le plus besoin. Pas faire un moratoire sur un outil qui pourra sauver des vies dans les 2 ans avenir.

Les prochaines générations des GPT ont le potentiel d'aider des pays qui sont en urgence de survie. Un modèle comme GPT-5 pourra permettre à un pays du tiers monde d'accéder à des connaissances importantes pour résoudre des problèmes concrets : 1. Comment organiser l'agriculture le plus efficacement possible pour une population dans tel région du monde 2. Comment répondre au problème d'irrigation d'eau avec des moyens locaux 3. Comment traité rapidement certaines maladies sans avoir besoin des spécialistes occidentaux 4.... Il y a énormément des problème d'urgence en ce moment que ce futur modèle pourra aider ... qu'interdire son entraînement c condamné d'une certaine manière les gens qui n'ont le plus besoin.

GPT-4 est suffisant pour regler ces soucis. Des modeles plus avances que gpt-4 pourraient causer plus de probleme notamment au niveau des emplois, directement nous impacter, et creer plus de pauvrete, si le developpement n'est pas stabilise, et moins rapide.

J'ai envie d'ajouter à la discussion. Ce qui est dangereux par rapport à l'intelligence artificielle n'est pas les algorithmes ou les matrices dans la carte graphiques, mais les propriétés émergentes d'un système complexe et, de par sa nature, abstrait. C'est l'amalgame des choix de modélisation, des données en entrées, du mode d'interaction avec l'IA, du contexte dans lequel il est utilisé, des propriétaires et utilisateurs, et bien d'autres choses qui rendent les effets de l'intelligence artificielle imprévisible et impactant. Et ça rend la tâche encore plus difficile en ce qui regarde la régulation. C'est possible que de nouvelles propriétés apparaîssent d'un système d'IA que la régulation n'a pas prévu! Une raison de plus de réguler les choses en deux temps: établir les directions éthiques et la terminologie, puis réguler l'IA dans leur contexte d'utilisation.
