I was recently asked what was the one moment that everything changed when I accepted Jesus as my savior. I completely forgot about the moment as I don't remember a lot of my childhood till another mentions something that jogs a memory. I felt bad I couldn't remember a point when I did, but then, a day or two later like an epiphany, it struck me. ACQUIRE THE FIRE! In my mind I was so eager to go accept him that, I almost jumped over the seats of others in front of me to go accept him, but I did thankfully contain myself and follow in an orderly safe fashion down the steps. xD Thank you God for setting my heart on fire for you back then. Although I have been shaky at best in my walk with you, I've always had a desire for more.

I used to have this CD! This is definitely the best version of this great song! This song always brings me goosebumps and tears hearing this over and over again. There was a time awhile ago, I walked away from God and years later, when I had realized what I did, I came back and I looked for this song! I cried for hours just feeling the power of the words and the song spoke life and with such a fresh outlook on life! This song is so powerful! I had an atheist friend listen to this song and started crying and felt the power of God in it!

I agree with you guys. I revisit this one often. I am 39 years old. This was one of my favorite albums growing up. Especially the track, mirror, lights me up. Did you know that some of the songs are remastered on anywhere album she released? You should visit her KZbin channel. There’s a movie called Unsung Song That her family was part of making. I think all of us would enjoy it.

Salute to the revival of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship when I was in Georgia Military College in 1994 and a person gave me a tape of when I was then my hardest and loneliest time as an African-American young man fighting against the demons of Civil War history and the Rev. Brian Doerksen made me think about the question: Is there really a God that loves me??????? I can say 29 years later, YES!!!!!! I have sung and led worship in church and overseas as a Tenor and seen YHWH bring 1000 souls under repentance!!!
