I will be happy to demo the answer of your question. Give me a few days, but for now the short answer is creating an outline of the top image and then substracting that outline from the background. You'll see how easy it is. Which machine do you have?

Hi, Congrats on your new awesome laser engraving adventure. Take it out and engrave and cut your name. That was my first project. The PVC should be about 2-3" long. Here is a video to give you more ideas...

For the vista, I make a mark on the tumbler and use it as my starting point to make sure it is where I want the design to start engraving. I did another video with the Vista but incorrectly placed the design on the right hand of the screen line. It supposed to be on the left side. I hope that helps!

I’m getting ready to purchase the 20w vista but should I get the 40 w due to price similarity. What laser engraver is best for tumblers with handle that can’t be removed?

Hi, the difference in watts might help with time saving for engraving and cutting thicker materials. In regards of the handle, it will depend how big the handle is. So far, I haven't been able to engrave with a handle using the Wecreat due to the rotary attachment being attached to the left side of the machine bed. Yes, you can't really engrave on clear acrylic, but if you add tempera paint you can mark it using a diode laser. Follow on Instagram too. I share tips every day

this is a useless device bought 2 different devices , both of them stopped working after 2 months of very light usage, the steam just stops flowing out , vevor doesnt stand behind their products , this is a junk device

@@amortocreatecrafts Yes Vevor doesnt want to stand behind their product they opened a ticket and then said they have no record of me purchasing this device from aliexpress, aliexpress seller says to reach out to vevor , basically ping pong , this has a design flaw which is embedded in this device overall build quality if good but whats the use of a device that breaks in 2 months

I got the ornaments from Michaels stores. For diode lasers, it will depend on the color. For example, the clear and white will not work with diode laesers
