Team health being measured by OKR achievement will lead to some gaming. OKRs achieved will increase and people will believe that it's an organizational improvement. This presentation reminded me SAFe.

Boeing is constantly looking at improving our ways of working, but we need some foundational shared language from which to operate. SAFe provides an excellent language from which to draw when it is known that complexity exists. We have utilized SAFe as our learning platform, but letting everyone know that they need to learn themselves what will work in their context.

This is just so excellent! I'd really like to have some kind of exercises, or a workshop...or maybe an Open Space event where people are collaborating on the crafting and confirming the OK OKRs are registering in people's minds that way, and not just NOT OK OKRs. Maybe that's the job of the coach. I'd love to hear their stories of taking a PMO to VMO.
