Your complaints are so dumb. Bluetooth mate? The size? Bigger the better, looks better to the crowd. Unless you’re a wedding playlist player, your complaints are dumb. The most valid complaint is the things kinda ugly. Weird angles. I’m still buying though But yea Bluetooth. Come on mate , cut it out. Bluetooth and dj shouldn’t be 1000 miles near each other

They look like an old late 70s atari. And the bend at the sides would not go with turntables. What were pioneer thinking with these.....positively ugly

I cant say I hate requests but I can say hate requests will not work on the dancefloor like unknown tracks, bpm changes,dance to classic rock (original track no remixes) and you have an amazing setup and love the discoball effect

Great video. Checkout talkover mode for the microphone. It will auto attenuates all other channels by 24 dB. Hit shift and then hit the mic on button.

I have a big planner in my DJ cupboard, with what type of event it is, then in the kitchen I have a white baord with at least 2 months worth of bookings written down, I also have the events on my Google calendar and a separate location on my phone 😅😂 but I'm about to go and buy paper diary's 😅😂

Last nights wedding was another banger among many lately, but spent half the night managing folk near the gear. Just one of the new Ape tubes ended up horizontal on the floor 🙈no damage thankfully. In other words I maximum take two gigs a day. if I can’t go myself I plan my compagnon Dj with my equipment. This is a dj that I trust 100 procent and deliver the same quality and attention to the customers.

Hello, i hope you guy can help me? I ordered my second opus quad, because the first one had an „broken Jog wheel“. Yesterday the second one arrived and the right jog wheel feels exactly the same. The left one spins like a pro but the right jog wheel is very hard to spin around. The jog feel is on both decks on the same place. Pls send help!

Great video Shawn. Funny I do exactly the same as you £50 at booking and the balance 1 week before. I have tried lots of other options over the years but this works well for me. The only time I might do something different is if I have any small concerns over the booking, then I might up the deposit to cover the risk. This usually doesn't happen for weddings but might be the case for some other events. Keep up the good work , enjoying your content !

“Great minds thinking again Teej” I have a folder called ‘Mobile DJ Mini lists’ loads of short playlists covering all decades and genres, it’s definitely served me well over the years, although the ‘modern bangers’ list gets refreshed regularly. Great video mate 😊

Absolutely brilliant mate! I use the word “Deposit” and explain in the contract the non-refundable rules. I also have the client pay 50% to book. I love the idea of just doing a smaller portion of $100 to book. Great idea! I’m going to try it out and use the “Non-Refundable Deposit” wording! Great job!

Absolutely bang on! I do exactly the same on all my bookings and take the same amount as you and call it a deposit! I also do a booking form with all the details in, along with an invoice, pics', biog' etc... If being transferred I ask for the final balance to be paid and cleared no later than a week before the event or function. To be clear I perform more than DJ. With over 30yrs in the biz' i've not gone wrong with that way as yet! Keep up the good work
