This mounting cups, do they also work on surfaces like wood or concrete (housewalls) ?

If the wood is painted or the concrete is sealed, they could certainly work! Mounting cups attach securely to almost all smooth, non-porous surfaces. You can test them first by attaching to the surface in question, and waiting 2 hours to see if the red line vacuum indicator reappears.

@@WoodsPowrGrip It been in its case for 30 years...lol...have no idea where it originally came from meanwhile its stuck to my mirror i guess i need to just remove the release itself but its not in a good position to keep from losing that little ball

@@WoodsPowrGrip Thanx Folks....Twenty four hours after the Red line on the plunger was showing it still wont release...otherwise good suction for a 40 year old unit used for 10 and stored for 30 years...

Each one we get now from the last 2 years, has been too curvy and we have a hard time forcing them flat to surface so the vacuum would function. All brand new. Idk what's going on.
