Glad to see you not letting 2020 stop you from training. Making Southern Mantis look really good, man! This is inspirational. Props.

I love training in the snow. Breathing is a lot different then you also have to watch your footing. Really works that training.

great tips. throwing one back at you. cut the hooks off your chains and put some carabiners on there. no disconnects=more training time

@gnredbull13 жыл бұрын
lol that phone book training i used to do but with wrapped bags of muffin mix in the storage room at work. Good memories. I didn't work nearly as many angles. Thank you very much for sharing! I'm looking forward to balancing out

@cubgrumpz I probably could do it...it seems slightly simular to the tire weight training some football players use. I think this type of weighted training may be ok. I see you're also training in the grass too. Although there are many who say that weighted training particualarly ankle weights etc are bad in the long run. I think this may be safer.

Ive been doing horse stances/ Iron chair and other stances for about half my life(when working out) and I still use it as a part of my workouts. However I never done it that way...hmm. So by moving it no longer becomes solely an isometric exercise.

You can also roll the log (or a glass bottle) over your shins to harden them.

man this is nice. i like to train my fingers with a rubber band. i just put the band around my five fingers and try to open my hand. it´s very effective but this has more variation. cheers

I'm confused on what bridge conditioning is supposed to do. It looks like balance possibly because of how shaky that table is.

I've been using some of these this week at the house since watchin this since a person needs to change up their workouts from time to time or their body gets use to it. I don't have any kettle bells so I'm trying to come up with something at the house to use in its place but I love the last ones you was doing. It was hard at first was only able to do 15 at most full out. I love how it uses the arms/back and you can feel it in the ab's. And whats the name of that song btw.
@tntjperic14 жыл бұрын
good as always bro. Keep up the good work

With the bag or phone book what exactly hand movements were you doing? Im pretty sure I seen it but I want to get it perfect. It seems its for making your hands harder

I've been reading up on Baji Quan and how they use long power to penetrate and crash an opponent's defense and then use short power with the same hand to do the actual damage.
