It's a glitch, when you use E to pick up a pistol an npc drops, you get full ammo

@@pizzaworm I was playing some other game, where it was just possible to pick up items with "E". As I was pressing "E" near the weapon on the ground, I was doing the same technique in GTA 4, by mistake and got that max ammo glitch. It's the same animation, when Niko bends down to pick up a coffee cup or a brick to break in the window in some mission. I think when you press "E" near the weapon, it just detects it as an item and not as a weaponary, because in GTA 4 you just need to walk over the weapon to pick it up.
