thanks.... have made some small improvements that were needed. But in general, at the moment, I don't see many sales for these. We'll see, but this is the general concept.

Moisture in the summer is automatically taken care of by air conditioning. Printing plants in the USA, and probably Europe all keep their shops at consistent temperature year round. However, many shops do not have humidity control, in the WINTER, to combat dryness for when the HEAT comes on, which dries out the plant. But in the summer, they have air conditioning, so that pulls out the moisture. In winter, they need to install an additional device. I work throughout plants in South America and Asia, and I am quite aware that it is very moist, and they have no air conditioning. So there really isn't anything they can do about it.

These belts are specialty made. I make belts of ALL kinds, but these I cannot, they are only made in factory process. I only know of a few companies in the world, that make them.

HA! I didn't even notice that Gary. I had to go look and see what you were talking about. It must have landed okay because I never saw it. There are adjustable deflectors inside there, but for magazine work you really don't need them. I see that those adjustments are best for lighter stock, the deflector, the air blast, etc. if you are coming off a paper folder maybe, or counting cards like I was doing at high speed. I'm asking $15,000 for this unit and there are all kinds of things I could do with this if you know anybody thats interested. This would be perfect off a mail line, for deflecting back and forth between "Packs" and "Bundles" etc. etc. I would have to add a little coding to the PLC but it would be easy. And if my former large commercial printing company was using this, I would lengthen the output conveyors to give the operator a little more time. I would INCLUDE some of that work for someone that was interested. Because they are "stacked" deliveries, you can't very well roll up 2 conveyors. I suppose you could roll up a lower conveyor, and take your time grabbing from the top conveyor more often, and using the lower as your larger accumulator to give you time to box or skid pack, etc.

You need to be more specific, probably send me examples. What is in the bag? Etc. A poly bag is typically LOOSE. If you have some substance in the bag, YES, it should work, but I am happy to test it.

These are very accurate, you can almost be GUARANTEED, no double if you are feeding a business card weight stock, OR THICKER. An uneducated person, could set it up. If you are feeding newsprint, or copy paper weight, IT WILL DO IT, but everything must be precisely set. I can do it all day long, BUT, that is where it starts to get "tricky" if you don't pay attention to your setup. (Sheet separators / friction feet, how many belts, and, tail support adjustment.) I also make a SHAKER, that we use that adds vibration to the tail stock for light stock. It "excites" the paper, and makes it feed much smoother. That as well is not needed, BUT, it is helpful. Simple device.

Yes, You could number with inkjet heads, 2 at a time. However, you might need an 18" model to get 2 inkjet heads in there, UNLESS, you are only talking about 1/2" heads... then depending on your piece size.... that might work. You can think of this machine, as if you have 2 entirely SEPARATE feeders, with all of the functions, BUT, within 1 feeder. This model here, doesn't have the batch counter on it. But everything else is the same, I just need to wire them up. It would take me probably 3 weeks to get one together, I have everything I need, but I am traveling to a big install, and just busy crazy right now. But these are REALLY cool. I don't have it on my website yet, just haven't had time. But if you go signup, I will get one up quickly so you can see price.
