Carnivore is a huge experiment- n=1. I still have very bad allergies and need medication too. So if you took the vaccine and/or got Covid you may be struggling with excessive spike protein. Research it and learn on how to deal with this. Yes green tea is very high in histamine and oxalates. That is poison.

1:05 what kind of flare up did you say? I was getting similar blisters on my face lately when I didn't sleep much.

I mean no disrespect, but is your love a man? I hope you are aware. God bless and stay safe!
@JohnnyLawrence293Ай бұрын
so your love is a man ?
@ersatsminotaurАй бұрын
I seriuosly think this guy is on drugs or something. Totally disconnected from reality and very bored instead of, like, maybe happy or some emotion at least to be meeting his "love"? And yes, better do a full body scan of this "chick" first!

Bro, you better double check "your love". I'm serious.

How did the carnivore diet go? There must be a way to help your skin.
@sowhatbro56043 ай бұрын
Hey, I was on it for about 8 months, then went to a dairy free mix of meat, veg, berries, and fish and really been on that since. I might go back to carnivore one day.
@karlk66873 ай бұрын
@sowhatbro5604 meat, veg, fish berries sounds solid. I'm a long time exzema sufferer. So just felt for you. For me, I relocated to south east asia, the humidity is very high and my skin just responded really well, so now I'm perm here. It took about 3 months to go to relatively normal skin. Same as you I'm dairy free, but also wheat and added sugar free. All exzema medications stopped after that 3 months though when I travel to certain countries I get flare ups. Try living in Thailand 3 months and go through the adjustment period. Worth a shot. Good luck dude.

Lots healing asthma on KZbin. Look it up. Also heard do carnivore for at least 1-3 months. Everyone’s body different do it might make time. Maybe you’re lucky and it will go right away. Defo know sugar/carbs not ideal for many issues.

I’ve been coming home to my family in Ireland (Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath) for 21 years from where I live in Manchester U.K. where I’ve held an Irish passport all that time and honestly, they have ruined Dublin, (where I’d lived and worked for 3 years before I moved to the U.K.) - I also find Dublin increasingly expensive, even before Covid, but this is even more so since my last visit home in October 2022 (after previous visits home in August 2022 and Dec 2019) - the only thing that is cheaper is fares on Bus Éireann coaches (now rebranded as Transport for Ireland) - I’d recommend flying directly into Connaught (Knock) Airport and exploring the West of Ireland

Hey Michael, That's awesome and not a bad idea for a video. I agree I didn't enjoy Dublin as much as I thought I would but would love to visit the other sides of Ireland so maybe in a few weeks there may be some more Ireland videos.

Theres nothing wrong with carbs but the problem is for people that have disease you can’t really mix fat and carbs together. You either eat high carb low fat or high fat low carb.
@sowhatbro56043 жыл бұрын
I totally agree with you. I think the mistake I made was slowly reintroducing too many carbs in. But will go back to what I know works. Many thanks for the comment :)

This was very insightful. I have been trying to find for video like yours that teaches the topics in this KZbin video. 🥼 The descriptions at 1:32 is my favorite. Your breakdown is similar to the channel of this smart Dr. Ethan! Doctor's demonstrations are really educational and I actually learned a lot for exams. He is the helpful Doctor on KZbin and he explains conditions! Go watch his YT out and give the health enthusiast a subscribe! 👉 #DrEthanOnKZbin

I have been inspired by the anime and it sort of recindled my love for running. I wish I could be there to see you cross that finish line. Few bits of advice: get running shoes (it really helps), if you breathe in your nose for 30 seconds every 4 mins (I don't know if this works with breathing problems) and ultimately enjoy every run you do because otherwise it will be tougher than it needs to be

It truly was a surprise how good it was. Thank you for the advice I'll will use it in my next run.

Hi April I'm sorry to hear you have had your own struggle with your skin. Fasting is a great way to help yours skin and body. Enemas and exercise are also good. It did take me about 3-4 month before I stopped getting dead skin and patches on my body. I still have a few patches here and there but nothing compared to how it was. I hope Greg can help you and I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
