Yknow we all dunked on this scene but like, everyone realizes that killing her there isn't even remotely useful? They will have just killed their friend. It doesn't do anything to the actual Wanda pulling the strings. And Strange and his protegee can't just stay hidden in this universe forever. So she can just use another Wanda in the next one they go to and do the same thing, over and over again.
