Your our cleaver is dull and the splicer is dirty. . You can see it in the magnification with the issues with the core. You either have dirt on the right fiber and it looks like the cleave is uneven. You also need to keep tension on the fiber until the heater is closed. You use the tensioned fiber to flip the lever on the right that closes the lid. Without tension the fiber can "S " bend inside the sleeve.

Hola David, vamos a hacer unas comprobaciones. Cuando conectas el SATHUNTER al ordenador, el SATHUNTER debe emitir unos pitidos. Si no es así, significa que hay algún problema físico con la conexión USB. Te recomendamos conectarlo a otro puerto USB y si el problema continúa, utiliza otro cable. No recomendamos usar cables extensores USB. Es mejor que haya un único cable entre el SATHUNTER y el PC. Si el equipo emite pitidos, sí que hay conexión y el problema es de software. Te recomendamos desinstalar completamente el software del Sathunter y los drivers Texas Instruments TUSB3410. Entonces bájate de la web de PROMAX el software y vuelve a instalarlo: 👉 www.promax.es/downloads/software/SATHUNTERp/SatHunterSoft_v4_04_r001.zip Si durante la instalación aparecen alertas de tu antivirus solicitando tu aprobación para ejecutar los archivos, indícale en todo momento que deseas permitir su ejecución. Al terminar de instalar el software del SATHUNTER, en la última pantalla se te preguntará si deseas iniciar la instalación de los drivers USB. Debes instalar esos drivers para permitir la comunicación entre el SATHUNTER y el PC. Por último, te confirmamos que el software y los drivers USB del SATHUNTER funcionan correctamente bajo Windows 10 y Windows 11.

Oi Zaiom. Eles fazem isso. Enquanto estiver trabalhando na banda Stellite, basta pressionar a tecla "preferências" (as engrenagens) e selecionar Band C ou Band Ku dependendo de suas necessidades.

In Australia I have both PRODIG-5 UNIVERSAL TV EXPLORER for 10 years and HD RANGER ECO for 3 years. The improvement comparisons shown here in this video (to my mind) should be expected in a later generation instrument. 👍 The margin of COFDM DVB-T power measurement on my ECO (and NEO shown here) starts at 35dBµV, which is an improvement over the TV EXPLORER (45dBµV). I don't always need to use a preamplifier with the ECO now, when working in low/poor signal areas to get sensible readings. ✅ I agree with max black comments re the case is too wide, and the strap clips letting go, I have used cable ties on my ECO as well. My TV EXPLORER's initial battery lasted 5 years, a locally made replacement is still going good, but it doesn't get much use, as it's only a backup instrument now. The original battery in my ECO is still going well. I put them on charge when driving, so they are usually always ready if needed for a long use on the next service call. Maybe that helps with the battery. 😊

Overall it’s a much better meter inside ✅ The case ❌ Is to big to fit between the ladder so when you use it makes it uncomfortable and difficult to use when your outside up a ladder. Remove the handle and it would had been fine. It’s to wide The old size is so much better as you could rest it on the ladder rung and i fits between the sides Strap ❌ The clips on the strap are completely useless plastic rubbish and I’ve had it up Clip several times and the meter just falls out of your hands. Not good when you are up on a roof. I have had to use cable ties to stop the clips from coming undone. Battery only lasted 3 years ❌ Old pro max lasted over 7 years ✅ clearly designed for inside use and never tested up a ladder out in the field. Sort out the case and strap and you have a great meter,

Hello there I have a promax Ranger NEO LITE, I want to use this feature but I faced a problem, the problem is that after I allocated an IP address for the device I can ping it but when I type the IP address of the device in my PC's web browser (Chrome) in my case, it was not showing anything to me just an error can you help me with this problem ?

@@husseinolivia2548 Hello again Hussein and thank you for contacting. The Ethernet port is used to connect the equipment to a router and then to manage it from a PC using our NetUpdate software. With the software you can create customized channel tables from scratch, backup to your PC the resources in your equipment (screenshots, channel tables and other info), upload them again and also update the firmware. You may be interested in updating the firmware, as it will enable you to perform the mentioned tasks directly from your web browser using an easy-to-use web interface. Not to remotely control the equipment, but to manage channel plans and resources. Both sides looked cracked and dirty. A bottle of iso and wipes work way better. Also, no cut management. Safety should be first. A fiber in the eye or digestive tract or lungs would not be fun.

Dear Promax, at 3:33 time slot indicated can use cell ID of Tx to identify which echo belong what Tx right? but we tried at lab can not working when set difference cell ID at Tx (sfn will not work, must set all Tx ID same), please advice !

Not in SFN. All TX broadcast the same Cell_ID. It is possible to know the Cell_ID of the strongest transmitter in the area but not that of the other ones.

As the clip above I still think that we can identify which echo belong to which Tx based on Cell ID right? or no way to know how to identify which echo belongs to what Tx, only can know by calculate the us of that echo right?

@@MrNW2707 It is not possible to know which echo comes from what transmitter besides, as you are suggesting, the time-distance calculations. If that is an SFN network all TXs will have the same Cell_ID so this parameter can not be used to identify a specific TX.
