I believe letoya and latavia. However a group can’t have separate managers. Only way is for them to agree on 1 manager or majority vote, but case of split 2/2. The 2 didn’t want Matthew when he had been driving force to get them to that point, quitting his job. Even though they wanted new / their own, he was also dad of the main talent lead singer so I can see their decision to move forward quick with momentum of album instead of stalling in releasing their biggest song on the album. They should have communicated they weren’t happy and explained meeting communicated about how money was split..

The same way Latavia heard about the breakup by watching the video was the same exact way everyone else found out about it...that’s sad...and even though this was 20 plus years ago, I’m still not over with it because I was a child and I was SHOCKED ...my subconscious developing mind was fucked up as a result of this

I was a little boy when this happened and it was a huge scandal...everytime I watch this I re-live what happened...I still can’t belive it...it’s such a shame...the thing that I get now is latavia and Letoya actually brought this on themselves...they created “legal” documents wanting to break up management...and they also sued Beyonce and kelly ...legally they are responsible for this yet Beyonce took all the blame...now I see it clearer...the group would have never broken up had Latvia and Letoya not taken legal action against Columbia’s already established management.

Okay here’s a thing my theory was they knew what really happen that Beyoncé and Kelly knew what the situation was at that time but maybe they couldn’t tell the press or radio stations about what really happen because one they probably didn’t actually know the whole details and they just told the press what they wanted to hear or two they 100% knew what happen how La Tavia and LeToya was kicked out of the group and their manager at the time told them to make up a story and not tell the press and radio stations cause like the three former members of destinys child said they had problems with management they never had problems with the girls. 19 years has pass though but I am very happy that the original members they have squash the beef that has happen to them and now they are all friends again and I hope and pray they will have a reunion just like old times
