Would be helpful to show your machine first, so we can even have half a chance to understand what you're talking about

Hi. This is an instructional video specifically about XR stabilizers. There are plenty of videos we've posted that show the complete machine. Please search for XR6 or XR12 and you should be good to go. Have a good day.

Way over priced...I have no problem buyin American..but there's no reason for the dies to cost so much. I have the model 3. With 5 dies sets and it took me 7yrs to buy them. As a machinist I know exactly how these are made amd since ur makin everything in house the cost is stupid high. This is why other companies copy ur parts... Honestly I wish I never brought ur stuff

Great video. Curious as to why you don’t use inventor to do the full cam process ? Would it not be a more simple and better for keeping track of parts etc?

.....IMHO: IF YOU MADE ALL OF THE BASE PARTS FROM ALUMINUM, IT WOULD BE EASIER TO MOUNT IN , IN THE FIELD, ON A PARTIALLY ASSEMBLED FRAME/FUSELAGE/CAGE, AND NOTCH TUBES "IN PLACE"....

I bought his bender and have yet to figure out from any of the instruction how the heck to determine where the actual bend starts, the tube is inserted at an angle so you cant use the edge of the die to locate your bend, it seems arbitrary starting location, I hate to say it but keeping my pro tools 105, not as strong but heck I can at least start a bend where I want it to start.
@drewnielson50488 ай бұрын
Bob, you are stating the cut direction incorrectly. On the exterior perimeter cut of a part, you want to go clockwise, for holes you want to go counter-clockwise. You are correct in saying that the material should be on the right side in reference to your travel direction.

How do you like the a400?
@mattie47019 ай бұрын
@ernies7174 it's changed how we work. It has its issues, as I'm sure all machines do. But it's certainly quicker than drilling holes for galv, and quicker for lining things up for welding which is what we bought it for.

Bad thing is when you have a part that swings down below the height of the bender you can manipulate anything. I make a bumper for a modified that would not work. Stick with short lengths when rotating to 90*

Are you going to be at fabtech with this machine?
@unit19A11 ай бұрын
It's the most versatile machine I have. I cut a lot 6x6 I-beam. Made a jig to take bows out. I just run there separate files and rotate by hand to cut all sides easily. Hope to see some machines at fab tech this year.
