They're right though, every single character's story so far boils down to 2 things: A tragic backstory that you pre memory loss were somehow related to, and how down bad they are for you. I'm not against fanservice like that in a game/story, most gachas do this to a least some degree, but when literally every single character is just the same template with swapping models it gets annoying. It especially doesn't help Wuwa here that SK and Camellya's near identical questlines are back to back, makes them look extremely lazy on top.

Because she's technicaly the "worst" doesnt mean she's bad especialy when she has to compare with monsters like Firefly Rappa and Boothill who are among the best dps of the whole game Also she is not really a break dps.. she is mixed between break and crit, a good part of her damage is not break.. she have a good synergy with FuA which allow her to play like a FuA hypercarry with Robin and Tingyun, she can also play superbreak even tho she is obviously mostly limited to quantum, superbreak enable her to buff a lot her break damage potential instead of being tied to dmg when breaking only When there is quantum weakness she's a literal monster able to prevent even the strongest boss from playing, she helped me clearing some of the hardest SU modes as many boss have a quantum weakness Bonus point she has some of the coolest animations for a 4* Not to mention a *certain unit* may very well bring her back into the meta Point is Xueyi still have the potential to be a strong asset, not top tier but still above average if played properly/used in favorable scenario
