This comment is way late, but when Soyeon was in survival shows, she was very often told that she wasn't good looking, and that often made her fall short for things she really deserved. She had a really hard time with Cube because they said she wasn't pretty enough. So I think it was really personal for her, to see those girls go through for being pretty when ones who just didn't have as much of an idol face but were insanely skilled didn't get through

I think the Eve team was technically stunning in the dance and in the vocals they delivered, but they had a noticable lack of group chemistry and just weren't performing as a team. Pretty U had decent vocals, good rap and really great chemistry, so I think overall they deserved the win. I do think they should have picked more similar songs for all the boygroup options though, Mic Drop, The Eve and Pretty U are all so different.

If you love vocals, I am so excited for the reactions of the next rounds. MTG didn't have a crazy main vocalist like Bora or Reina of GP999 but they have outstanding vocalists that you will start to notice more and more during the show.
