Great conference, though i propose the cross border management of TB diagnosis, treatment and contact tracing need to be put on the agenda.

Fire some people if you want systemic change Why dont the ministry recruit new staff if paying them more doesn bring results. Hire Nurses., doctors, hospitals administrators, etc from the ugandan Muslim community, especially the Somalis. They are known to be honest, hardworking and uncorruptable.

Sanitation and hygiene grant is appreciated and let trickle to districts ,our field officers have no means of transport to reach households where indicators are registered . Am DHI Sheema district.

Great deliberations. Efforts to improve the safety and quality are abundant but frustrated by the HSS factors. Take one example of a midwife per shift in a hospital with 5 deliveries per hour. Can the health provider be able to use a partogram? We can be able to redesign if only there are mechanisms to improve resource envelope for health. It is high time we revisited the plan to have the health insurance effected.
