Una falta de criterio del operador del cargador , como no va a saber que la boca del triturador no es tan amplia, falta un supervisor que tenga experiencia en la zona de carga , además a los jefes no tienen inteligencia , si saben que cada cierto tiempo llegan bloques de rocas que sobrepasan la boca del chancador implementen un martillo triturado que rompa las rocas más grandes y destraben el momento de la perdida de producción.
