You realize checks have routing and account numbers which is all you need to make payments and get money. Your blur was really shoddy and with the movement its too easy to make out.

The old sounding one sounds like a bar in a 90s cartoon, and the new one sounds like background music for a sad show. Just sayin.

Yeep i here you buddy! So im a mekanic and love's cars. And the truht is when i come home i dont like fix my own car. Its like you. You fix pianos all day so you dont want to play when you are home 🤷‍♂️ same deal you know 🤷‍♂️

The airport should have given you the flight for free and also had facilities bring out a cart with their tools that would have made your job faster. Next time you do this in a public place, know that most businesses and government buildings have a crew of facilities workers and normally there is a spare cart around. Great job with tuning the piano!!!

My sister bought a used electronic piano and the keys seemed a little sticky. I took it apart for her and found old congealed coca cola over everything just like the piano in this video. Fortunately, it came off with just a wet rag and lots of scrubbing, and the electronics weren't damaged. Keep drinks away from piano keys people!

I always left my piano tuner a blank check as I am notorious for forgetting to mail him the payment.

I'm curious... when you weave the felt between the strings in the middle range, is that just to mute them so they don't interfere with tuning the other registers? I assume if they are really out of tune they will mess with the other octaves even if they aren't both being played?

How old is the piano? It has a nice cabinet but looks quite old. Your customer isn't made of money but does not want to give the appearance of taking advantage of your generous good nature.

Id like to see you revisit this one and get it as close to perfect as you can. That would make for a great video.

So I live in Ireland, we have an old old box piano at home, it has never been used because no one would tune/fix it. It's a very interesting looking piano it's a box shape (not upright or baby grand), its very unusual. It's a shot in the dark, I know, but if you are ever in Ireland, it would make a great video fixing and tuning it. 😊

It's really common here in the more rural parts. Often times customers will leave blank checks on my counter, don't even listen for the price of their bill, and then tell me they'll see me again next week.
