I have exactly the same knife, but unfortunately it's being hardly used, since I prefer my Shun knives. Love the way you changed the whole appearance of the knife, by giving it a mirror polish 👍

Thank you for watching. I feel the same way. It's definitely not a bad knife, but since I'm a sushi chef, I kept using my Japanese knives, and before I knew it, it was just sitting in my knife case.
