When i tried to tap it out it didn’t budge. Smacked it pretty hard. Is there any place it might seized up?

Just found this video after a link from C&T need to do some clutch work/kit. My question now is why would i potentially need shim kit?

how much did the primary move when you did this?

I just received it yesterday not install yet but wander if it will be a big difference on my summit 2020 ?

So I installed this kit on a 2021 skidoo free ride turbo. Do I need to install the shim on the mag side motor mount ?

This doesn't work on a 2018 Skidoo Enduro. Bought the tool, threaded it into the bolt hole and proceeded to hammer out the shaft. No result. Hit harder. No result. Heated bearing behind Secondary Clutch and tried that. No result. On mine there is not a washer that comes out with the bolt. There is some sort of a cup in front of bolt hole on end of shaft at the gear box side. At first I thought the washer was stuck in there so I made a tool to try and hammer it back out. I then discovered it wasn't a washer at all but some sort of cup that wouldn't come out. I was then pretty stumped on what to do next or what I was dealing with. I came across a piece of threaded rod the same size as the bolt. I threaded it in the end of the shaft until it bottomed out. I then gave it a couple of taps with a rubber mallet and the Secondary Clutch and shaft popped right out on the other side. Unthreaded the rod and left it in place to reverse the order to put it back. I just thought I would share this to show that they are not all the same apparently.

So the 19’ skidoo’s have this rubber mount as well?

Will this help with keeping the clutches lined up better to help with belt life

Have you had any issues with the motor mount moving after youve drilled it out ??

How long before you do a shim kit vid?

Will this work on 2019 trail sled(xrs 850)? Also will this result in more vibration to the handle bars or the whole sled?
