Basically it has to be a version 1.0 of the switch, those are able to be modded at home. They’re not too hard to find, and if you bought your switch at launch then you know it’s 1.0. Also every switch version is able to be modded, but you’d need to open it up and install some sort of chip. I’d suggest buying a modded switch if you’re not confident in your soldering!
