Thanks my friend well explained and helpful. I thought I need to replace entire screen but I will check the component you showed first. The Lenovo laptop is fine except my parrot 🦜 chewed the edge of the screen and now the screen when turned on is part green, with lines and other colours? (Look similar to your thumb nail) I’m hoping it’s just a loose connection and may not be the part u showed. Thanks again Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺 🦜🎸

My F80 M3 just started doing this when I drive spirited. I turn off the car and restart and it's gone UNTIL I run it hard again. Haven't had it scanned yet. Others say oftentimes there are no codes stored which has me scared it'll be a problem I'll have to chase.

Yep that’s crazy, I figured out the problem, it was the turbo wastegate actuator that was malfunctioning, so if it came on for your F80 and you had reduced power and torque, the turbo is probably not working at that time. But it’s an easy cheap fix for my F30 like less than $200, I’m not sure on the F80 though but give or take I assume

@@f30hotep3 I discovered my intercooler reservoir is empty. Pretty sure intercooler is leaking fluid on mine. Could be a lot worse!

It should just be a solution to clean the coil. If the pen won’t light up then that’s a different case

Hey yes so my thermostat was faulty, it would remain open when I turn the car off after doing some driving, it still functioned like normal and didn’t over heat or nothing, but because the thermostat wouldn’t close up it would throw a code and eventually trigger the Drivetrain Malfunction because the computer is ready or thinks the car is in an overheating situation.

Well this video is for if the lines come on for no reason and you’re sure there’s no physical damage to the actual screen. If the screen is physically cracked then that’s a different story, you’ll need a new LED

Try to hard reboot by holding the power/ volume knob for about 25 - 30 seconds, if that doesn’t work you might want to reboot your IDrive with the same steps then disconnect the negative terminal from your battery for about a full minute then try again

If you do rda i usually take the cotton out and throw it away. Get the coils red hot and that vaporizes the carbon buildup on the coil. I have found however that it seems to get gunked quicker each time. I did a acv quench where I got them red hot and quenched them in the acv but this didn't help how fast it gunked up again. Either way it deff does clean the coils up. What you really wanna get rid of is the carbon deposits. Great video.
