Yan San, I grew up with herbal medicine. I dreaded the teas that would "cure my ills". I avoided telling granny what's wrong with me and to my fault, to this day, I rarely tell my wife what's wrong to avoid that alewful tea.

叔叔你好! I rewatched your Denver knife skills video after getting a Chinese chef knife from the restaurant supply store on 25th and Irving. 我非常喜欢那商店. I am casually poking my head around to help on an infrequent basis in the kitchen of some of my favorite restaurants in that area (unfortunately Chang's has closed down due to fire - they were so kind and helped me 说中文). If I work up the courage, I'd like to apply my video skills to make documentaries about local restaurant owners and how their life led to them feeding the community. Anyways, thanks for the videos and have a good day!
