I have been stretching my foreskin with Phimosis Ring and lubrication to treat Phimosis. I also have a Tight Frenulum. Will this practice help elongate the Frenulum too? Or does it only impact the foreskin?

Yes, but what do they eat AFTER the the ultraprocessed shit finishes. Its been well documented that that 800Cal restriction WILL reduce your basal metabolic rate, which doesnt always pick up again afterwards. Try the lower carb lifestyle from Dr Unwin. Cheaper and effective long term

Steroid injection at the site of the trigger finger, usually cures it within a couple of days. If there is inflammation of the muscle, then it will catch the sheath as your finger moves causing a constant cycle, other method is the make a simple splint and not move the finger for a week. Just get the needle its quicker. As soon as mine was injected, it was cured within a couple of hours, mine happened because my brother punched my finger . So every winter for about two years i had this clicky finger !

It's frightening that gullable people are being told to drink this toxic processed liquid devoid of all the essential nutrients found in wholefoods to try and reverse T2D. Reversing T2D is simple, works for everyone, and doesn't need you to drink this muck and or take medication. Change what you eat to non processed foods, high in natural fats and proteins, and only eat fibrous carbs like most greens and vegetables. Sugary and Starchy Carbs are highly toxic to the body which is why the body needs to produce a hormone to get rid of it quickly. We need essential fats and essential amino acids (protein) to survive, but there is no essential carbohydrate.

The diet you describe is the right diet to end up on, but you don’t understand the Total Replacement diet regimen and why it’s important to lose the weight drastically and under medical supervision. The year long program has been proven to drive diabetes into remission and sets participants up with a realistic probability of transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. I’ll stress the medical supervision aspect as people have many issues and medications associated with diabetes that need monitoring.

@@mattmangan6051Alastair, don’t you dare label them or for that matter me as gullible. You are obviously so lucky not to need it. I am type 2 diabetes and I am on it, just started. Obviously I have tried other ways and have failed. It’s early days so far and if it helps me at least get my portion sizes under control afterwards then that’s fab and if my diabetes goes into remission then that’s even better 3 months out of my life is going to hurt me less than all the yo-yo dieting and other issues by having diabetes then so be it. These shakes are basically full of vitamins and minerals etc. What works for you is fine but don’t try and disempower those of us who are trying something different.
@alastairmacdonald4859
@alastairmacdonald4859 6 ай бұрын
You say these shakes are full of vitamins and minerals, yes...... of the synthetic, not wholefood type. It's called fortification, and it's what food manufacturers add to highly processed foods to try and fool the public into being healthy. Breakfast Cereals and Bread for example are example. As synthetic vitimins are not naturally connectected to the product, and the product they are added to is already highly processed, then the Bioavailably of these synthetic vitamins are very poorly if at all absorbed by the body meaning they are useless, and you will still quickly lead to a vitamin and mineral deficiency. They are also devoid of natural fibre, phytonutrients, and microbiomes. Also the aforementioned chemicals in these products 8ncrease inflammation in the body, and the associated risks connected with it. Eating 600 Kcal of wholefoods daily is still far too low, but at least you will at least be getting natural nutrients and fibre with that, rather than guzzling this toxic cement.

If you follow the low carb element of this diet, which is about 130g/day, you will achieve the same results, but because you are eating enough fat and protein, your appetite is much more controllable.

How do you know what's in the shakes? And news flash: anyone trying to eat only greens will get bored and frustrated and end up bingeing on sweets, a vicious cycle. The shakes and soups offer a balance of sweet and savoury, with protein and vitamins.

I think the NHS wants to help everybody. It might be that this very low calorie diet could work against you. You might need a different diet that is not as restrictive because your body needs nutrition support that these shakes do not offer. Speak to your GP and see if they can put you in another programme. I wish you good luck

My friend in his 20s went from 20 to 30 stone on Cambridge diets. He was so desperate for the taste of solid food when he got off that he pigged. There is a need to understand your normal diet and how nutrition and food quality matters. Useless without. Yoyoing weight stresses the vascular system. Mama Cass case in point.
