I just bought a desk in great condition for $200 that just a couple years ago retailed for $600. If I just bought a new desk for that price it would have been some POS Ikea desk, but because I bought this desk on Craigslists, I got an incredible desk that is going to last me for years. I love Craigslist lol, not once have I had a bad experience buying or selling something.

Many are misguided and uneducated you will spend 18 to 20% more with a credit card, also peoples stupid statement on Cash back is the most Financially stupid thing I’ve ever heard, you spend everything on a credit card chasing Points, in the end how much do you earn 59 dollars for spending 100,000 a year on a credit card. If you think that’s a wealth building tool, you are blatantly stupid. Buddy I don’t use a credit card, I will never use one, I’ve bought a house without a credit score, bought a car without a credit score, so buddy I don’t mess with snakes.

Hello Rikin - Does the residency requirements need to be proved at the beginning of every year when enrolled at UT Austin? Or it only needs to be proved the first year when getting admitted and once you are deemed a resident at that time, in-state tuition will continue to be applied as long as you are enrolled and until completion of the degree?
@instateme

Hey Path, Once you submit your Residency Core Questions and are approved, you will be classified as a Texas Resident for your UT tenure! I created actually created a service for students since it gets so confusing...you can check it out here www.instateme.com/

Thanks for the information, good content. My daughter has to live her freshman year on campus, if I were to buy the property (her name would be on the deed) during her freshman year and then rent it out during her freshman year she would have owned the property for 12 months. Would that establish residency and would we then get in-state tuition starting her sophomore year?
@rikinmshah
@rikinmshah 5 жыл бұрын
So technically she would have to reside at the property her freshman year. When I went through the process they never checked, but that's the rule. I did have utility bills as proof of residency. Another note: there's no reason she has to live on campus her freshman year. So you could buy a property close to campus and she could live there (within walking distance of campus). Happy to dive into more detail if you have any questions!
