Hey man. I hope you're still kicking and I hope you're doing well. I was looking for support and commisseration and was glad to find your video. I left my last job a few months ago, 2 years into transition and by then I was passing by public standards. I worked two seasonal jobs over the winter, and nobody knew I was trans except folks who did payroll. It was awesome. The comfort and ease and sense of safety. It took 5 months of looking for jobs every week, while working 3 jobs that didn't pay the bills, and I finally found the kind of job I wanted, and the income that I need. Two weeks in, one of my pet sitting clients says she visited my new job "to hype me up" but.... she misgendered me when she told ME about it, so I already figured. So I had to wait a couple days to find out if everybody knows now and yep. All the guys are othering me. The women are all a little too supportive and coddling. I miss being seen and treated like a guy. Also there's no private bathroom at this job, and I haven't shared public bathrooms with guys who know I'm trans so. Gotta learn how to navigate that. The thing is, the learning curve doesn't stop. Take care 🩵✌️

Thanks dude for making videos again. You have no idea how perfect the timing is. I'm struggling to talk to this one girl who has my attention. I guess I'm afraid of rejection. Don't know how to show my face after something like that happens.

You can check out my video on how to handle a rejection if you haven't already. If you get rejected, your attitude should be , It's her loss. After all, you are an awesome guy! Keep moving on to the next one that you are attracted to. If you do this, it will actually cause a woman who rejects you to be interested in you .

Your confidence and satisfaction is radiating from you man! I'm so happy for you. I'll definitely be emailing you a bunch of questions. Strange how I lived 20 years as a woman, in female spaces with female friends all growing up and I'm still so perplexed by them.

Thanks, I am so happy at the opportunity to help people . I have learned so much and I just want to share my knowledge. We lived in that mold (as women) but it wasn't who we truly were. I think that is the reason for the disconnect. We weren't socialized as men and that requires us to learn it on our own. I had looked for accurate information on how to show up as an alpha male and what I discovered is most guys , even cis guys aren't sure how to be in that essence. I have made enough mistakes and I have finally figured it out. Once you apply the techniques that I talk about your life will transform into success beyond your dreams.

Do you think those alpha qualities translate to other areas of life besides dating?
@FIXERCHEMISTRY2
@FIXERCHEMISTRY2 7 жыл бұрын
Yes, absolutely. It can be helpful in finding a career that you want and into your friendships too. By alpha , I don't mean act like a cocky jerk , it just means that you own your success and you value yourself. I will be doing more videos that will clarify these concepts.

So good to see you man!! You look great and I'm so glad to see you're happily dating, I still haven't conquered that area of my life yet. Admittedly I feel emasculated by my transness and find I compare myself to cis guys far too much. Please make more vids on the steps you took to improve yourself and your attitude. Where did you find that communications workshop and what's it all about? I'm been thinking about joining Toastmasters to improve my speaking and leadership skills, I figure it will help with communicating and just being more charismatic to improve my confidence and overall people skills. Top surgery was a big deal for me a year ago, because of it I actually feel ready to physically date, but now I need to undo all of this insecurity; I'm not sure how to "accept" myself as male but I'm working on it. I think I'm so ugly and automatically see myself as undesirable because I'm not cis and my height but I've actually been hit on and flirted with with beautiful women I'm shocked are interested in me but I'm so insecure it just fucks it up. How do you meet them and most importantly how do you bring up how sex works with you? I also don't yet feel comfortable with cis guys, please make videos on this too. I know it's my insecurity making me compare myself to them and overthinking everything which makes me uncomfortable around them. Now that I'm seen as male I've realized what's expected of me and the dynamics with both men and women have changed and I feel clueless which makes me nervous. I know not accepting myself as male is getting in the way of me forming friendships with guys. Anyway really happy to see an update from you and looking forward to what you're bringing out.

Thanks so much for the comments. I am starting a life coaching business helping people of all kinds with dating and relationship skills. I am including all groups but I do have a big interest in helping out transguys and even cis men too. I have found that they really struggle with dating skills too. I will make videos where I am answering guys emails helping them with a certain situation involving dating. Each video will focus on a certain topic. For example , What to do to get your ex interested in you again. Signs that a woman is interested in you. How to properly ask a woman out on a date. I have found that over 90% of guys don't know these principles that I have learned. My principles and techniques will show you how to show up as a confident man. These are things that I have tried over and over and I know they work. It will eliminate your competition. I will offer Skype sessions and email coaching sessions for guys that have an individual problem that they need help with .

Estrogen blockers? How come most people don't do that? Sounds like something I'd be interested in. I'm surprised my doctor hasn't brought it up, it sounds like common sense. I feel you on disclosing. I purposely try not to think about dating. I'm introverted and I enjoy being single and being able to prioritize myself but I have a feeling that will change in the future and I have NO clue how I'm going to go about that. My bottom dysphoria is pretty bad which makes sex more torturous than enjoyable for me AND on top of that I have to talk about it all with any potential partner? It all seems too draining.

I am not sure why some doctors don't prescribe estrogen blockers. I had no choice because my levels just went too high. It was an adjustment but I feel calmer and I am becoming more masculine. I agree with you that dating is very draining.

You look great, congrats on the results. As for your dose...I would say to the doctor that you want a plan for moving toward a higher dose, a timeline for getting there, and if not, ask if your doctor is willing to consult with another doctor in order to make these decisions. You shouldn't be experiencing some of these things 2 years in. Stay Strong.

He does maybe 500 a year, the more you do the better you get. He is a surgeon. They aren't usually warm and fuzzy. :) He has a much lower rate of complications than average. Also he is in a surgery center rather than a hospital. Though I believe it is next door to the actual hospital. BTW, he trademarked FTM top surgery so he could use the term. I don't think he's actually sued someone else for using it.

Also, I feel the running issue. I've been desperate to run lately but running while binding is just unbearable to me. Most days I can soldier through the dysphoria it gives me but god damn it's intense. Running post-op is going to be beyond liberating.
