This is a boat going from one part of the UK to another part of the UK, therefore immigration is not needed.

The beach is a 2 minute walk away. This has a few shops and restaurants. The main area is Puerto Del Carmen and that is a much further walk. Taxis are easily available though and the walk is pleasant.

Great review, yes we also went from Edinburgh and had the same awful flight times (but it was so much cheaper from us than flying locally from Newcastle). No we didn’t go to Texas Park - what was this? Hope you found the video helpful and consistent with how you found the hotel yourself. Generally we found the food to be very good and the hotel rooms were nice too. We would definitely return here. Thanks for leaving a comment.

@@halftermtravellers I’m surprised that it was cheaper than Newcastle because normally folk from up here would fly from Newcastle cause it was cheaper, last year I flew from Newcastle to Tenerife. Rancho Texas park was 10 mins in taxi from the hotel if you walked to PDC you get to a junction just after the kids play park road goes to the right under motorway and it’s up there, it’s like an animal park and a water park was really good spent all day there. Plenty to see and do and the bonus off the water park what was decent. Videos you posted were good we watched them before we went and then after we came back. Food was nice and good every night was a bit different but also still had a few things on which were the same if you never liked the theme for that night Rooms were class biggest room I’ve had since going on holidays just a 1 bedroom but was spacious plenty room to store our buggy. We had a balcony had the birds come down our wee boy was feeding them lol . We are booked to go back for 2 weeks next sept .

Providing the card is on a key chain or in a wallet holder, exactly the same. Add the sticker to the card and place it in the key drop. It’s quite a large bin.

From experience the entrance to the right of the main one is best and less steep. The one to the left is still quite a sharp incline through the security gate.

Yes, I wondered this too, but when you get to the booth to “check in” you select your actual return flight from a list that pops up on screen. They will then track your flight. On the website I just put in an hour after landing but it made no difference.

@@halftermtravellers thanks for the information. Will surely try FastPark next time. Didnt book fastPark for this reason only. As of now I have settled for MultiStorey car park which was offered for the same price and includes FastSecure as well.

​@@sarmadkhan5140On my email confirmation of booking it states that I can arrive within 2 hours before the confirmed time and upto 2 hours after the confirmed drop off time that we have booked. For return it says no extra charge upto 6 hours after return booked time. Also if any extended stay/date amendment needed we can email them for changes at email provided

Good question. Seafood was “cooked”. Fish, prawns, muscles. We’re not big seafood fans but I tried the cooked tuna steaks and some of the seafood in the paella. Meat -LOTS. Every meat I could think of. We found the food to be excellent for us (2 adults and 2 kids). There was variety and there was themed nights (Asian, Canarian, Italian etc). Desserts seem to be very similar each night, very repetitive but again, variety of ice cream, cakes, fruit, rice pudding. For the 3 star rating we thought this food was great.

As far as I recall, you had to put in your registration when you pre-booked. Then, on entering the fast park building you type your registration in. I would check on the website just in case, as you might need to change your booking.
