#1,#2&#3 gears are the same for all years 1930-1936 the #4 oiler gear has the larger gear for the oil pump is 1930-1933 smaller gear 1934-1936 The oil pump 1s different for 1934-1936, The lobes should be ground smooth, you don't want pitting on the lobes, won't matter on the gears. My buddy owns a machine shop and did my gears.

Hey hey, I made a change to the oil lines and shortened them to take out the slight bends. Basically, I think the oil lines, if they have any extra length that can make a slight "U" shape, restricts oil flow... Mine are rubber, so cut them to be more direct and it did cut down on the noise at idle....

@@RG-od4jk ok! I had to play around with my settings for a while. The best setting for my setup was at 171 degrees on the fan controller, but my temperature gauge in my car showed around 190. This is when it's atleast 90 degrees outside. You want to pick at hot day to set the final setting. My cooling fan never comes on the winter and hardly ever in the fall. Hopefully you can understand what I am trying to say.

Replace your left side cam shaft tensioner to the new style. The new style is 7mm longer then the previous. I made a custom spacer and simply slide it under the original tensioner and majority of that funky noise rattle went away
