Have two Citibank credit cards, this migration has been the worst decision. Citi was so seamless, Axis is even worst than the public sector banks. I am surrendering the credit cards at the earliest.

I have a citiindian oil card where 1 point gets me rs 1 petrol at indian oil outlets immediately. Now post migration to axis no such thing.citi bank has cheated us saying all benefits of the card are serviced by axis bank. Bad for Citi bank card holders.Now i am cancelling my citicard.My relationship with citi card was a quarter century.
