Yes the wheels look amazing! Trying to finish in under 30 minutes as you can rejoin on 'late join' and get another spin when you pass under the finish arch.

Sorry for late reply! Yes you can ride all the routes on your own and there are often group rides at a pre-determined pace that you can join.
