Hi Ashley! Thank you for this video! I split my workflows up after having one huge workflow and I'm so glad I did it. You made a statement of that you could be asleep, do you not use office hours in workflows? If not, why not being that we have business hours?

@@lakendrafranklinphotography I do use office hours from about 7-7ish! A client can still cook at any time and the onboarding email will be queued up for 7am the next morning (when I’m probably still sleep 🤣)

@@solutionintegrators That makes sense. For some reason my mind always goes to like 4 am. I have office hours set as well. AND I just switched to Dubsado payments after watching your video.

@@tatamdiva I use Airtable as my data management tool to keep my biz stats in one place! Dubsado is my CRM/client management tool

Hi Ashley! Love your videos! Wondering if you can share more about Kitchen and why you use it over the Dubsado portal.

So glad you’re loving the videos! My biggest reason for using Kitchen is because Dubsado’s portal doesn’t have two-way communication. Since I’m project based I need to be able to share updates, get feedback, and have a space outside of emails to ask questions. Kitchen allows me to share Dubsado forms, gdocs, mockups etc. and chat. Inquiry to Welcome Email is from Dubsado but everything else after onboarding is managed inside of Kitchen!

Hey Ashley, do office hours only apply to weekdays? Is there a risk messages will be sent during the week-end? I couldn't find a clear answer about that online.

Office hours are 7days/week! There isn’t currently a way to limit workflow emails to send only during weekdays

Ashley, thank you so much for this tutorial! I'm a qualify my leads type of gal. I wasted too much of my precious time accepting calls with any lead just to find out they're not the right fit at all. Setting up systems is all about taking back control of our time.

Definitely a Notion girly. Airtable wasn't flexible enough for me but I love this idea of automating and updating client tags and project dates. Just gta figure out the right zap to do that for me thank you❤
