What I don't understand is could the low levels of hospitalization of covid patients be due, not to the vaccination program, but to the fact that this wave started infecting the under 9 year olds at first, then went on to the teenagers, it seems to me its working its way up the generations & those younger groups of course statistically aren't as affected seriously as the older sicker groups were, but do we have statistical evidence that the older age groups are actually protected, & not just an assumption based on numbers vaccinated & low levels of hospitalization?
