Um.. Doing it "your way" isn't a good idea. The bottom of sterno cans get hot, will heat up your bowl and whatever you put the bowl on top of. Better to have the fuel on TOP of the lava rock.

Hi! We are thinking of buying this couch and found your video. We’re really conflicted because the reviews online state awful fabric pilling and that the cushions sag. Is that your experience as well? Do you still have the couch?

I tried this sofa at living spaces and agree it is not easy to sink into the firm cushions. Also the low back makes it not ideal for a long 2 hour movie.

I went to the Big island too with my parents and grandparents in November 2007 back in the day in fact that was where I was 16 years ago today right now. I went to the Macadamia nut factory and the hilo zoo and the black sand beach. I also went to Kauai for my parents anniversary in September 2007 and we stayed at a beach house.

Community Annika and Nadia. When I first moved to Hawaii I had my friends Annika and Nadia with me. Their dad got assigned to Hawaii with my dad which i am grateful for now. We celebrated New years Eve 2005 at the their house. We went bowling together and they also slept at my house one night at it was a nightmare. We watched eight and below together one night at my house. I also would go to the wooden playground on base with them and I celebrated my 9th birthday with them in June 2006. I also saw Enchanted with them in November 2007 and Horton hears a who in March 2008 when I was off of school for spring break. I also did Boofest with them and trick or treat with them in October 2007 and they came over one year to my house for the superbowl. I also went to Buca di Beppo with them in Feburary 2007 after my dad left for Iraq. I also went to the Community playground with them on base. One time Janell dropped Liam Sippy cup on the way to the park and he was not happy about it. Bethany and Gabby and neighboors. Then one day in July 2008. I met a girl named Bethany when she moved from Germany to Hawaii. Her mother Brandi mentioned this to me who now lives in Dayton Ohio. I would ride bikes with Bethany and I got her a playdough set for her 5th birthday in November 2008 because Bethany loved playdough and she would play this with my friend Gabby who was little at the time who now lives in Puerto Rico. One time Gabby went to my friend Bethany house and her dad didn’t know I told him and he got annoyed but he understood.Hannah who was my friend's sister loved gabby very much and was so sad when gabby moved out of the neighborhood that gabby gave Hannah her pool table. One time Molokai got out One time which was Gabby dog who has probably passed away and gone now im sure and I told Ian who was gabby brother and he was like no. One time Ian also vandalized a shed with some of his friends as well and I also remember me and my friends buried a bird one time. One time Gabby cried because her mother went to the store and Bethany and another one of my friends who name I can not spell comfort her. One time Hannah lost her shoe under a bush in the front yard of Gabby house and I found it after her Mother Brandi did not find it. 2009 was a hard year on Bethany because her dad went away to Iraq she told me this one day when i was outside with her in January of that year and was in Iraq at the time we moved away from Hawaii. I also had dinner with Bethany too on June 6th 2009 and that was my last time seeing her. and she was so sad when she learned I was moving away before her dad David came home to Hawaii 2 months after I left. I also had potlucks with my neighbors in October 2007 for Grace Clay Birthday and For Thanksgiving 2008 and Christmas 2008 because it was our last holidays together as neighbors on our court. I also made eggnog cookies one year for my neighbors with my mom. I also had a race one December day in 2008 with the kids in my court and I won. I also celebrated Valentines day 2009 at Josh and Remmy house with my friend Bethany and Gabby and the other kids on the court with my mother celebrated with the other adults at our house a few months before I left for Maryland. The balda Family One time I saw the Balda kids swim at the pool however my friend Leilani Could not swim because she was grounded or something. One time I help Kai find his harmonica after he lost it outside. I also saw them on Halloween 2008 when i was trick or treating and I was with my grandma because my mother could not take me because of medical reasons.

Shopping When I lived in Hawaii I did Grocery Shopping at the Hickam Commissary. It was there my mother won a gift basket one year in 2007 in February of that year right after my dad left for Iraq. I also went to the Commissary at Pearl Harbor when i went to the Navy Exchange with my parents. I got some webkinz toys from there. I also would eat ice cream on the Balcony there outside a lot. I also got a glass turtle there too. ne time when i visited the store the down escalator was broken in the shop and I yelled sweet. I also did shopping at BXTRA with my parents and would walk around the store myself sometimes. I also got a Hawaiian book there and some toys and a doggie day toys and dvd which I have today. This was also where my friends Mom Janell worked. I saw here work there one night in September 2008 some months before I left for Maryland with my parents. One time me and my school friend Hailey and another friend of mine who name I can not spell had to wait in front of the store because we didn’t have our military ids with us. Bugs and Mosquitoes. One of the downside of living in Hawaii is that my parents had to deal with roaches in our house at Kiele Place. We did get some mosquitos in our house in Gemini Avenue from time to time. One time a mosquito bit me when I was having dinner with my parents at our house in Gemini Avenue. We always made sure that my dog Henry was on heartguard. Beaches The Beaches that I have been to Hawaii are the Hickam Beach and Bellows Beach and Waikiki Beach. Hickam beach was where I had a picnic once with my friends Annika and Nadia. Also my mother would often ride her bike to the Beach. I also would do Boogie boarding in the water. I also return a toy to a girl at the beach who almost lost her toy in the ocean. I also went to the The Lanai At Mamala Bay for my grandfathers birthday in March 2007 when my grandparents came to see me and my mother while my dad was in Iraq and that was also where my dad had his goodbye party for his work in June 2009 in the final days of us living in Hawaii before we moved to Maryland. I also went to Bellows Beach I went there once with my mothers friend Kim. I also would go to Bellows beach each year for Boo Fest every October once with my friends Annika and Nadia in October 2007. I also went to Waikiki beach with my mother and grandmother and grandfather too when they visited us in March 2007. I also went to the North Shore beach and I ate shave ice there once when I lived in Hawaii.

That was the room we stayed in? I do NOT remember a window above us LOL

How do you use the plastic pieces when you want to roll it up? I tried to use them but I was afraid they would puncture. The bamboo.. I bought separate hooks from Amazon because the ones that came in the package with the shade didn't look strong enough.i bought were like for Christmas lights. Hooks but they close.
