E. Gadd lore and stuff is nice. He's from a fine series, and seeing his inventions, both that tie in to Luigi's Mansion and tbose that don't, is a nice bit of building. I think my favourite two are the ones with the Gold Ghost and the Speedy Spirit. Probably to do with the actual Ghosts actually appearing, I guess.

Welp, idk ive drove around the entire map, ive went to every single one of these locations, beat the game, its says i have one left, idk if its glitched because i may have used earthshaker on one during a mission and not watched the clip so it didn't register, idk, but its inferiorating to the point im considering just snapping the disc in half and pissing on it then setting it on fire.
