Then send in Leia with Chewie to get them both inside. Then finally Luke shows up. Gangs all together again.🤸‍♀️🤺🤾‍♀️🤺 Simples

I think the general Plan A was to simply have Leia sneak in and retrieve Han, ostensibly unnoticed (before Jabba revealed how popular his decoration was to him). They sneak everyone in. (Remember, R2 had Luke's saber and I'm sure Lando was armed, and I bet Chewie's crossbow was close at hand). Thereafter, they planned to rely on Luke's overwhelming Jedi skills, backing him up if needed. I think the original Plan probably anticipated a lot of blasting.
