I replaced the battery on my X1 Yoga i5 6th gen. After replacing it laptop only turns on when charger is plugged in. Battery showing 100% charged but whenever I unplug charger the laptop turned off. Any solutions?

Hello. So recently I have been experiencing something weird with my laptop that never happened before. Two days ago i woke up and my laptop wouldn't turn on or when i put the charger on the light won't even go on i opened the back of my laptop Which is Lenovo Thinkpad 2nd generation X1 Yoga it has on the back after i removed the screws a reset button, when i pressed it i can suddenly turn it on from the button like, i couldn't even turn it on from the power button unless i press this reset button and this has been going on for two days, when i sleep and wake up and try to launch it it just won't start unless i open the screws and press that reset button beneath the battery could someone at least tell me what's wrong with it or how to fix it because it is a lot of work to just open the back press reset and turn it on from the power button, is it a hardware or software problem, or how can i fix it. please and thank you

Few days ago i spilled some water around my My lenovo v15 82c7, Thankfully motherboard is not damaged but there is a sign of corrosion and display cable pin is also corroded, Whenever i try to start up my laptop the screen is flickering(Mostly blank), I connected the laptop to a monitor and its working fine. I was thinking about changing the Display cable, so i was hoping if you could explain all that can be done about the display. The cost, solution,components needed. I am a bit confused on this one because i want a cheap solution. Hope you can help❤
