I think the new C kinda replaces the CS or relegates it to very 'smol' niche. The extra half inch of barrel/slide should not be an issue on anyone over like 5'4". Too bad they won't sell you both grips with a new purchase.

Damn thats flat! Been out of the ipsc game for a while now. Had an STI in limited. Back in the day what we did to improve groups were mill as much of the slide meat as we could and get a steel grip. SVIs were just crazy expensive! So many new 2011 improvements,features and accessories nowadays. I am so out of the loop

Everybody say that is normal 2011 mags not locking the slide back consistently, but for that kind of money the gun is expensive by itself and the mag is expensive. I just gotta have a consistent lockback every time for that kind of money

Shadow Systems = get a Timney Alpha trigger. Pretty sure it's a Gen 4 although I'd double check. My gen 5 is flawless. It's their one flaw in "being a glock clone company."

So I did a Jonny Glock trigger kit and some of my own tunes then a customers timney tuned by me and honestly I think either one is a good choice at this point. Both way better then oem lol 😂

I got my 2024 Staccato C (compact grip) a few weeks ago and love it so far. My slide-to-frame fit is stellar but - as you pointed out - the trigger was hot garbage (4.7# with substantial overtravel). Now that I have it down to 2# (yes, 2#) it's great and... get ready for this...nearly on par with my Atlas Eos. Yes, I said it and it's true....darn close for less than 1/2 the cost.

I shot the C,P and XL over the weekend. I would say all but the XC are overrated. My DWX is better than all the others. I would also say my cajunized Shadow 2 is a better gun. The XC is ridiculous though.

Yes the process takes 3 to 4 weeks but the parts are prepped shipped coated inspected shipped back inspected again installed all in a 6 to 8 week timeframe.
